These General Conditions of Sale apply to all purchases made on the website www.edoardopatrone.com.
The products offered for sale on www.edoardopatrone.com are sold by Edoardo Patrone with registered office Borgata Baceno 51, Domodossola VB P. IVA 02496660032
The user may contact the Company to request any information, to send communications or to transmit complaints, by writing to the e-mail address e-commerce@edoardopatrone.com.
Scope of application
These General Conditions of Sale are applicable to the Italian territory. Access to the offers presented on the website www.edoardopatrone.com is allowed both to users who are consumers, as defined by art. 3, paragraph 1, letter a) of Legislative Decree 206/2005 ('Consumer Code'), meaning natural persons who access the website www.edoardopatrone.com for purposes not related to the commercial, craft, business or professional activity carried out, and to users who are not consumers within the meaning of this definition. To make purchases on the website www.edoardopatrone.com the user must first register and provide his name, surname or company name and e-mail address.
Information leading to the conclusion of the contract
In accordance with Legislative Decree no. 70 of 9 April 2003, containing provisions on electronic commerce, www.edoardopatrone.com informs the user that:
In order to conclude the purchase contract for one or more products on the website www.edoardopatrone.com, the user must fill in an electronic order form and send it electronically, following the instructions that will appear from time to time on the website www.edoardopatrone.com and that will accompany the different phases of the purchase;
the contract is concluded when www.edoardopatrone.com registers the order form (i.e. when the order form reaches the Company's server);
Before proceeding with the purchase of products and the transmission of the order form, the user will be asked to read and approve the General Conditions of Sale; the user may print a copy of the General Conditions of Sale and/or store them on a durable medium;
Before proceeding with the transmission of the order form, the user can identify and correct any errors in data entry by following the instructions indicated from time to time on the website www.edoardopatrone.com and which will accompany the various stages of the purchase;
Once the order form has been registered, www.edoardopatrone.com will send the user to the e-mail address indicated the order confirmation and payment receipt by e-mail containing the hypertext link to the General Conditions of Sale as well as information regarding the characteristics of the product purchased, the detailed indication of the price, the means of payment used, shipping costs and any additional costs and the indication of customer service. We recommend that you keep the e-mail received as proof of purchase;
the order form will be filed in the database of www.edoardopatrone.com for the time necessary to process the order and, in any case, within the terms of the law. To access your order form the user can consult the 'Customer Area' section of the website www.edoardopatrone.com where he will find a list of all orders placed.
Orders
Purchase orders will be processed only after receipt of confirmation of payment of the total amount due, consisting of the purchase price of the product(s) and any shipping costs, as specified in Article 4 ('Prices and expenses').
Before executing the contract, www.edoardopatrone.com will have the right to verify the orders transmitted by users in order to ascertain any behaviour that circumvents the purchase ban referred to in Article 1, fraud in the use of credit cards or abnormal purchases. In particular, pursuant to Article 1456 of the Italian Civil Code, www.edoardopatrone.com shall have the right to terminate the contract and, consequently, to cancel the order and return the total amount due to the user, if any:
the order is placed by a person who, in accordance with Article 1, is not entitled to make purchases on the website www.edoardopatrone.com.
the credit card used for the payment is cloned or there is reasonable doubt that the purchase was not made by the cardholder or if the credit card company informs www.edoardopatrone.com that the credit card has been blocked;
the order transmitted by the user is anomalous in relation to the type and/or quantity of products purchased or the frequency of purchases made on the website www.edoardopatrone.com.
on the date of purchase, the user is in default of obligations arising from or otherwise connected with the performance of a previous contract concluded with www.edoardopatrone.com Next to the description of each product www.edoardopatrone.com will indicate whether or not the same is immediately available. However, since, due to the methods of online purchase, it is possible that several users purchase the same product at the same time, it is possible that at the time of registration of the purchase order the product ordered is no longer available. In this case, www.edoardopatrone.com will immediately send the available goods.
The user of his choice, he can:
request the cancellation of the unavailable goods and obtain a refund of the amount paid;
wait for delivery of the ordered goods within a maximum of thirty days from the date of sending the order form.
Event postponed or cancelled -www.edoardopatrone.com is in no way responsible for any inconvenience caused by changes in the programming of an Event. Should these occur, the Customer who has purchased the relevant Access Title will be entitled to obtain a vaucher of the amount spent and usable within 1 year on all products of the e-commerce site. -www.edoardopatrone.com is in no way responsible for any cancellation of Events. If this happens, the Customer may request a refund of the Access Title purchased for that specific event with the exception of the right of pre-sale and commissions applied for the service (surcharges applied for payment and delivery). www.edoardopatrone.com will provide for the refund, in ways and times decided by him. The Access Tickets related to such Events may be exchanged with others related to other Events.
-In any case, www.edoardopatrone.com will not replace the Access Title in the event that it is lost, lost, deteriorated, damaged or destroyed or if the Access Title has been stolen or has become even partially illegible.
Prices and expenses
All prices are in Euro and include VAT.
The products will remain the property of www.edoardopatrone.com until payment of the purchase price and any expenses.
The price of the products may be changed without notice, provided that the price charged to the user will be the price published on the product sheet at the time the order is placed.
Methods of payment
Payment for products purchased on the website www.edoardopatrone.com can be made in the following ways:

In case of payment by credit card, the user will complete the transaction in encrypted format and according to the security requirements of VeriSign certification. VeriSign is one of the leading certification bodies for Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Certificates used to protect e-commerce sites and website communications.
www.edoardopatrone.com will not store credit card details.
The bank details and / or the header of the transfer will be communicated by www.edoardopatrone.com in the order confirmation e-mail that will be sent to the user after the insertion of the order form.
If the user selects PayPal as the chosen means of payment, www.edoardopatrone.com will allow the user to connect directly to the website http://www.paypal.it/it and follow the procedure provided by PayPal. The data entered on PayPal will be processed directly by the same and will not be transmitted or shared with www.edoardopatrone.com. In case of cancellation of the order and in all cases of refund, for whatever reason, the amount paid to www.edoardopatrone.com will be credited to the user's account with PayPal. Once the credit order has been placed, www.edoardopatrone.com will not be responsible for any delays or omissions in crediting the refunded amount related to the management of the PayPal website.
After the fulfillment of each order, www.edoardopatrone.com will send the user, by e-mail, the invoice or receipt for the purchase made by the same.
Deliveries
Deliveries made in Italy and abroad.
Deliveries will be made by express courier from Monday to Friday, during normal business hours, excluding national holidays. The use of different delivery methods may be decided by www.edoardopatrone.in depending on the nature of the product ordered. In this case the variation will be communicated to the customer via e-mail.
The products will be delivered to the postal address specified by the user in the order form.
All products indicated as 'available' on the website www.edoardopatrone.com will be delivered to the user, for northern and central Italy, two working days after the date of sending the order form, while for the regions of Lazio, Puglia, Basilicata,
Molise, Campania, within three working days following the date of sending the order form; finally for the regions of Sicily, Calabria and Sardinia and for the other islands of the Italian territory within four working days following the date of sending the order form, in any case, provided that the purchase order has reached www.edoardopatrone. by 3.00 p.m.. For orders over 130 kg an additional working day may be required for delivery of the order. For detailed information about delivery times please contact Customer Service.
Some products may be marked 'sensitive material'. In this case two days will deliver the purchased products, by special courier, within seven working days after the date of sending the order form, regardless of the place where delivery is required.
In case of non-delivery due to absence of the recipient at the specified address, the courier will leave a notice to certify the delivery attempt. On the notice of passage will be indicated the details to contact the courier and make an appointment for delivery. After thirty days from the date on which the product has been returned to www.edoardopatrone.com , the contract will be considered terminated and the purchase order canceled pursuant to art. 1456 c.c. www.edoardopatrone.com will proceed to refund the amount paid by the user net of any costs of delivery of the product failed and the costs of returning the same to www.edoardopatrone.com and storage costs. The termination of the contract and the amount of the refund will be communicated by e-mail. The refund amount will be credited to the means of payment used by the user for the purchase. If, before the end of the thirty days, the user asks to receive the purchased product again, www.edoardopatrone.com will proceed with the new delivery after charging, in addition to the costs of the same, the cost of returning the product to www.edoardopatrone.com and the cost of storage.
It is up to the recipient to check the condition of the delivered product. If the packaging shows obvious signs of tampering or alteration, the user must promptly notify Edoardo Patrone by e-mail indicated in the introduction. The application of the provisions set forth in articles 8 and 9 of these General Conditions of Sale shall remain unaffected.
Termination within thirty days and right of withdrawal
Users who are not satisfied with their purchase may terminate the contract within thirty days of receipt of the goods, without penalty and without specifying the reason, and return the product to www.edoardopatrone.com on condition that the product is intact, in its original packaging and in conditions that allow resale. Transport costs for the return of the goods shall be borne by the customer-consumer.
The credit note will be made after a specialized technician has tested the returned goods.
If, in the opinion of www.edoardopatrone.com, the product is not in a condition to resell it, the Company will return the product to you and charge you for the costs incurred in returning it.
Users who are consumers may, however, exercise the right of withdrawal under the conditions set out in Articles 64 et seq. of the Consumer Code.
Both in case of termination of the contract and in case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the user must return the product with any accessories, documentation and user manuals. The identification tag and/or labels, where present, must still be attached to the product at the time of return.
Without prejudice to the warranty provisions for defects referred to in art. 9 below, the user may not request termination of the contract or exercise the right of withdrawal in the case of sealed audiovisual products or computer software opened by the user.
In case of termination of the contract, or in case of exercise of the right of withdrawal by the consumer user, the Company will refund the user the total amount paid, by crediting the same means of payment used for the purchase, immediately and, in any case, within thirty days from the day following the date of termination of the contract or from the date on which www.edoardopatrone.com became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the consumer.
Customers who purchase with a VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.
The request for termination of the contract or the declaration of the consumer user to make use of the right of withdrawal must be communicated to www.edoardopatrone.com by contacting customer service by writing to e-commerce@edoardopatrone.com.
Product guarantees and non-conformities
The images and colours of the products published on the website www.edoardopatrone.com may differ from the real ones due to the local settings of the systems and/or the tools used to display them.
For all products purchased by users who are consumers, www.edoardopatrone.com provides the two-year warranty provided for in Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code. For all products purchased by users who are not consumers, www.edoardopatrone.com provides the warranty of one year provided for in Articles. 1490 et seq. of the Civil Code.
Applicable law
The contracts concluded by users registered at www.edoardopatrone.com are governed by Italian law. In particular, the provisions of Articles 50 et seq. of the Consumer Code apply to them if the users are 'consumers'.
Shipping www.edoardopatrone.com uses an express courier for its shipments. Shipment is guaranteed on average in 72 hours from the moment the package is sent. Delivery times may vary depending on the period and/or destination to be reached. www.edoardopatrone.com is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier. For all shipments is sent by www.edoardopatrone.com the tracking number, so as to ensure the customer full visibility on the shipment.
The courier does most of the work of www.edoardopatrone.com so it is in our interest to monitor the performance of this delicate task.
